Vox Spectrum’s DG Vox Voice Logger now rated “Avaya Compliant”
Vox Spectrum is proud to announce that DGVox voice logging & recording solution has been compliance tested and certified by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura Communication Manager and Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services. DGVox now joins a select band of voice loggers, worldwide, that are fully Avaya Compliant.
This will enable Vox Spectrum’s customer base to confidently add best in class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure, speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs. Ifthar Celebrations in Middle East
Ifthar was celebrated by the Vox family in Saudi Arabia and UAE. In Saudi Arabia, the celebrations were conducted at the Four Season Hotel in Kingdom Tower, Riyadh. In UAE, the celebrations were conducted at the Shangri – La hotel, Dubai. Representatives of Delta Partners, Channel partners and Customers attended the events.

A great performance by Timna, Saudi Arabia, EPD team
Representatives of over a dozen telecom companies in Saudi Arabia stood up in awe when Timna Saudi team walked out of the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) board room with a huge order for Plantronics Headsets. STC has the largest call centers in the Middle East. The global economic crisis has made the management cost – conscious and they were in search of alternative products. However the work and the planning done on this account by the EPD team helped to close this sale. Mr. Suhaib Ali deserves a special mention for obtaining this order. Congratulations goes out to Mr, Suhaib, Mr Nixon and Mr. Ibrahim Al Maktoum for working together as a team to ensure delivery of the deal to its full completion. |
