VoxSpectrum’s Software solutions unit is primed to launch its new range of Voice Logging solutions, temporarily christened ‘VoxMate Pro’.

VoxMate Pro will be a portable, standalone voice logging system with built in voice processing and storage capabilities. Its ability to connect to LAN/WAN will enable the users to monitor the voice logs remotely and also provide voice channel scalability.
The device is equipped with powerful embedded software, enabling full fledged voice logging functionality, independent of an external computer. The built-in keypad, LCD monitor and speaker will enable the user to directly interact with VoxMate Pro and take advantage of the state of the art user interface.VoxMate Pro has optional features to connect to ‘DGVOX’, the trusted, advanced voice logging software from VoxSpectrum, through the built-in USB connector; this enables the customer to take advantage of the advanced features provided by DGVOX software.
Adding to the functionalities above, Vox is entering this new line of Intelligent appliances with an eye on lowering the Opex for maintenance and increasing client satisfaction by limiting recording interruptions due to failure of traditional computer issues.  Simply stated an intelligent device  is one that is developed to perform a single well-defined function, such an  appliances differ from general purpose computers in that their hardware and software is normally customized for the function they perform, pre-loaded by the vendor, and not alterable by the user .   This next generation solution will help minimize downtime due to computer failure not associated with the functions of our voice capture and recording solution and, with its “plug-and-play” functionality allow for quick replacement of any down unit with very little interruption to the client.
VoxMate Pro is charted to be launched in March 2010.
