Kristoff has over 15 years of consulting & investment experience in telecom & high-tech. His main expertise lies in the strategy and M&A area and has vast experience in strategic advisory and transactional projects.
Kristoff has had wide exposure to the Private Equity business acting as General Manager, Executive Director and Board member of Delta Partners MENA Telecom Fund. He has also worked at Ernst & Young’s Strategic Advisory Services in New York and London.
He is a Belgian national and holds an engineering degree from the University of Gent in Belgium and an MBA from IESE in Barcelona.

2. Antonio Carvalho

Antonio Carvalho has over 12 years experience in the telecommunications industry working as an advisor and senior executive.Antonio spent three years with one of the prominent telecom players in Europe – Portugal Telecom. Antonio was the Managing Director of SAPO, the Internet Portal business unit and he has also served as the Marketing Director for PT Comunicacoes.
Antonio is a Portuguese national and holds a BA degree in Economics and another BA degree from the UCP in Portugal.
